We are a Ju-Jitsu and Self defence club located in the

               Tyne and Wear region of England and affiliated to NAKMAS

               the National Association of Karate and Martial Art Schools.

               Our aim is to give children and adults alike a feeling of

               well-being and confidence through fitness and knowledge.
